1.2.1 Design Ideas
There are two ideas for the newly designed series of 1.8mm wall thickness, one is a new design, regardless of existing products; the other is to refer to the existing series, so that some products can be used universally. When designing a new series of aluminum materials, it is recommended to adopt the second idea, which can save mold costs and open molds as little as possible. Another point is that this is also the idea of system design to achieve product versatility.
1.2.2 Design method
The new design does not need to consider the existing product, the functional notch can be designed completely according to the principle of the door and window system, so I won't talk about it here. And referring to the existing series, more attention is paid to it. In this article, I mainly refer to the design of the existing series.
The design method referring to the existing series is mainly considered from the versatility of the product, so that the functional notch and functional cavity remain the same as the original series. If necessary, the dimensions of the product can also be slightly adjusted. For example: the window frame profile cavity size remains the same at 15.2mm, the surrounding wall thickness increases from 1.4mm to 1.8mm, the left and right directions move to the left as a whole, and the upper and lower sides increase toward the inside of the cavity. In this way, the original size of 5mm on the left side becomes 4.2mm, and the height dimension of the cavity is reduced from 19.5mm to 18.9mm, and 14.7mm to 14.1mm. 1.3 Convenient theoretical weight settlement
Aluminum profile settlement is divided into weighing weight settlement and theoretical weight settlement. The weighing weight is relatively simple to settle. The weighing weight can be settled at the price per ton. 1.4 The new standard facilitates mold management.
The current standard stipulates that the wall thickness of the profile wall should not be less than 1.4mm, but the actual order has a wall thickness of not less than 1.35mm, so there are two wall thickness molds. The mold management of the aluminum material factory is a headache. Because of the different order requirements for the same product, the actual wall thickness of the mold must be known at all times. If there is negligence, the wrong product will be produced.
Popularization of knowledge, the wall thickness of the mold's output increases with the increase of the output, the wall thickness of the material produced on the machine is 1.35mm, because the aluminum will have friction and scratches when passing through the mold's working belt. After the implementation of the new standard, the mold wall thickness is unified, there is no difference between positive and negative tolerances and only positive tolerances, mold management is very convenient, and mold production does not need to distinguish tolerances.
1.5 Improved production efficiency.
