People call metal ceilings in many ways, such as metal ceilings, ceilings, aluminum ceilings, and others call them ceilings or ceilings. Exactly how it should be named is still inconclusive for the time being. The text of this book is based on the actual situation, and more uses the three terms of metal ceiling, ceiling and aluminum ceiling. The concept of metal ceiling includes two parts: the surface decoration layer and the internal structure layer of the ceiling. The ceiling only refers to the surface decoration layer of the suspended ceiling, and the same is true for aluminum ceilings. Since most of the current ceiling materials are aluminum, other metal materials are rarely used, so aluminum ceilings are equivalent to ceilings.

Based on many years of experience, I feel that although this industry does not have many high-tech ingredients, because the quality of the products is the key to the survival of the enterprise and the key to whether the project meets the quality requirements, it must be taken seriously. Some entrepreneurs or managers in this industry also feel puzzled that mistakes are inevitable when the project is completed, and the profitability is not high, and even the phenomenon of losing money. At the same time, some European companies have become successful in the industry because of their exquisite products and excellent engineering quality. This leaves us with more thinking content. It is for this reason that I decided to write this book with my own knowledge and experience, aiming to promote the development and growth of the industry.

This article analyzes the problems existing in the metal ceiling industry from three aspects:

First, the value of metal ceilings can only be realized through the three links of design, manufacture and installation. However, the current situation is like this, that is, the design process has insufficient professional knowledge of the ceiling products, and the design drawings are not strong in the construction guidance; the products in the manufacturing process cannot reach the level of exquisiteness, and there is even the phenomenon of cutting corners; there is no fixed team in the installation process , Mostly temporary; there is no coordination between the three links of design, manufacturing, and installation. If the status quo is not changed, good products and good projects cannot emerge.

Second, the suspended ceiling, the suspended ceiling project is divided into two parts, the internal structure of the surface decoration box. Surface engineering refers to the laying of ceilings. The internal structure refers to the steel dragon skeleton from the suspension, which is also a concealed project. Both are directly related to the quality of the project. But the status quo is: people often only pay attention to the laying of the surface ceiling, and ignore the internal structure. Therefore, if you want to provide quality, you must start from the internal structure.

Third, engineering installation is equivalent to on-site manufacturing, which is equivalent to a production process that combines parts. The complexity and cumbersomeness of the installation process need to be emphasized here. The purpose is to oppose those practices that underestimate the installation work, and hope that more reliable ceiling teams will be born.
